Thank you for your interest in volunteering at IAC 2026 in Antalya! Please complete this form to help us match you with the most suitable role.
Regarding the volunteer programme and paper presentation, we must highlight a critical point: volunteers are not able to attend or present in technical sessions during the Congress. As volunteers are expected to be on duty throughout the entire event, their schedules do not permit attendance at technical sessions. Therefore, a student serving as a volunteer would not be able to present an accepted paper, as volunteer duties and presentation responsibilities cannot be combined. Authors with accepted papers who intend to present must register as paying delegates under the appropriate registration category.

As part of our volunteer programme, selected volunteers will receive accommodation, daily lunch and dinner, and a certificate of appreciation for their contributions during the IAC 2026. However, please note that the volunteer programme does not provide full or partial exemption from the conference registration fee, nor does it cover the registration fee for presenting an accepted paper. Volunteers are also responsible for their own local transportation and other essential expenses outside of the provided accommodation and meals.

For the IAC 2026 volunteer programme, schedules will be based on a full day (08:00–18:00) and may occasionally extend.

Roles and responsibilities will vary across the congress, at times volunteer positions may require standing or walking for long periods of time. Other positions may require local Antalya knowledge providing our visitors expertise about Antalya (e.g. where to eat, directions to attractions, public transport). These skills are highly valued and appreciated by our visitors.
