Roles and responsibilities will vary across the congress, at times volunteer positions may require standing or walking for long periods of time. Other positions may require local Antalya knowledge providing our visitors expertise about Antalya (e.g. where to eat, directions to attractions, public transport). These skills are highly valued and appreciated by our visitors.

Thank you for your application and interest in supporting a fantastic IAC 2026, without support from volunteers the congress will not be such a success.

Applications will be reviewed and rosters advised by September 4th, 2026. Successful applicants may be rostered for 2-3 days across the IAC, and provided a full congress ‘volunteer’ registration which will enable you to attend IAC 2026 outside of your rostered shifts permitted you do attend your rostered commitments and there is availability across the congress.

Rosters can change and we do appreciate your external commitments, please ensure you communicate and update your availability should your position change.

All volunteers will be expected to wear the IAC volunteer uniform which may include – branded polo/t-shirt, your own black corporate trousers, and black comfortable flat enclosed shoes – at the time of advising your success as a volunteer we will request your t-shirt size and preferred cut (male/female style) to ensure everyone is comfortable and looking professional during IAC. It will be your responsibility to maintain the shirt to ensure you present clean and tidy at all times.
