Scope of Work: CONNSTEP is seeking a Data Analysis expert to provide validation of our bi-annual survey within the state of Connecticut for our manufacturers. This engagement is intended to support manufacturers’ goals and maintain business within the state.
The project of Data Analysis of surveys includes but is not limited to the following.
- Assist CONNSTEP in their bi-annual Survey’s (Timeframe: January, July)
- Client Survey– a custom designed survey automatically sent out by CONNSTEP through Salesforce when a project closes, Deliverable is a package of validated data sheet reports, along with comprehensive executive summary, with recommendations for improvements and survey metric results.
Qualification Requirements:
· Experienced in data analysis with surveys (A minimum of 3 years desired)
· Familiar with manufacturing in Connecticut.
· Experience with nonprofit organizations
· Must be able to provide and have experience with all services described in this document.
Initial terms of this agreement: January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
Progress of the assignment will be evaluated every six months and the agreement may be renewed for an additional period at CONNSTEP’s discretion.
Right to Accept /Reject any Proposals:
CONNSTEP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and to annul the qualification process at any time without any liability or any obligation for such acceptance, rejection or annulment, without assigning any reasons.
Corrupt or Fraudulent Practices:
CONNSTEP requires applicants under this contract observe the highest standard of ethics. In pursuance of this policy, CONNSTEP will reject a bid for award of consultancy work if it is determined that the Applicant recommended for award has engaged in corrupt or fraudulent practices in competing for this position.
