This tool is to guide centers in assessing center-level outcomes, QI skills, Project Management, and ICN network activities for the Foundations Learning Lab. While each individual should complete their own assessment, we encourage you to engage with your team about your center's processes.
Centers are not expected to accomplish these skills at once. This is a tool to assess and guide development of processes for the Foundations Learning Lab. GI centers can refer to the Foundations Key Driver Diagram and participate in monthly Learning Labs while working to reliably establish these processes and problem-solve challenges.
