An application fee of $75 must be received at the time of application (see page 2 for plaque details). The 2025-2026 Association dues must be paid prior to application submission. All transactions must have closed during 2025. 

Late filing period - An application may be turned in between the due date through 5:00 pm, January 31st as long as accompanied by the application fee + late fee of $250. No applications will be accepted after January 31st.

Agent Certification

I hereby make an application for membership in the Professional Achievers Circle of the Northwest Metro Association of REALTORS® and hereby certify that I personally handled the following real estate transactions, (as evidenced by the attached information which I also verify as accurate) during the period of January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.

Broker Certification

In order to complete your application, you will need to have your current Broker, as well as any other previous Brokers listed on your application complete a Broker Certification form.

Payment

An application fee of $75 must be paid for every team member wanting to receive PAC recognition. Application Fee per Individual includes one seat at the awards dinner, drink tickets, and PAC award/plate. If you have an existing perpetual plaque and just need to order a plate, the application fee will be $75. If you need a perpetual plaque, then the cost for the application fee + plaque will be $125.
