Attach complete description, dimensions, materials to be used, proposed location, colors, drawing(s), and copy of permit (if applicable).Note: All exterior painting will require paint cards along with manufacturer and product number.
For Landscaping Changes
Attach detail of the type of landscape, numbers, names and sizes of trees, shrubs and plants, and their proposed locations. You are required to include a diagram with measured distances for the proposed location of the plantings from landmarks on the exterior of the house and/or lot. Be sure to observe city ordinances for set-backs from property lines and to take into account full grown size when picking placement.
