For Landscaping Changes
Attach detail of the type of landscape, numbers, names and sizes of trees, shrubs and plants, and their proposed locations. You are required to include a diagram with measured distances for the proposed location of the plantings from landmarks on the exterior of the house and/or lot. Be sure to observe city ordinances for set-backs from property lines and to take into account full grown size when picking placement.
