El Grito de Independencia at Heritage University

• Registration Fee $60 (non-profits, social services, and community resources, vendor fee is waived).
• No political campaigns or petitions are allowed at this event.
• Vendors must provide their equipment, including a canopy, table, and chairs.
• Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it. 
• No electricity or running water is available. 
• Mail registration fee to Heritage University, 3240 Fort Rd. Toppenish WA, 98948 ATT: El Grito Event.
• Fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the event. 

       Set up time 3:30 pm to 4:40 pm (Event schedule to start at 5:00 pm)

      We reserve the right to decline registrations as space is limited. 

By participating in this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 

1. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Heritage University, its trustee officers, employees, student leaders, and staff from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in the El Grito de Independencia event. 

2. I accept full responsibility for any personal injury, illness, damage, loss, or expense that I may incur as a result of my participation in the El Grito event.

3. I accept full responsibility for any property (car, equipment) damage, loss or expense that I may incur as a result of my participation during the event.

4. I agree to abide by all university policies and the event's rules and guidelines. I understand that failure to follow their rules may result in removal from the event without refund or further recourse. 

5. I grant permission to Heritage University to use photographs, video, and audio recordings of me during the event for educational or promotional purposes. I understand that I will not receive compensation for such use. 

I have read this Waiver and Disclaimer carefully and understand its content. I am aware that this is a release of liability and contract between me and Heritage University, and I sign it voluntarily.
