  • Course Overview
    By signing this form, the participant agrees to enroll in the music course "Learn the Fundamentals, Essentials of Music, and Play an Instrument in 16 Weeks."

    The program includes:

    • General knowledge on the fundamentals of music theory
    • Specific knowledge (techniques and tips) on the participant's chosen instrument
    • Workshops and practice days 

    By signing this form, I accept the conditions of participation.

    Uniform + Material + Participation fee

    Duration: 4 Months with 2 hours per week

    Payment Options: 2 Payment Plan

    • 1. Entrance fees

      The Entrance fees are $100 and Stay a mandatory for whatever the payment plan someone will choose 

    • Payment Plans
      Student/Parent agrees to pay the full program amount of $1040 using one of payment plan below:
      Basic ($250 / months) save 10 $
      Standard ($990 One time payment) Save 50$

    • 2. Commitment to Full Program
      By enrolling, the Parent/Student agrees to complete the full 4-month program, Aknowledging that it is an online Program with efficient platform and assistance so the experience can feel like live experience.

    • 3. Late & Missed Payments
      A payment is considered late after 3 days past the due date of each month. Mosaro will give a Heads up in case of late payment. 
      1 month late payment, Mosaro may process with exclusion or Pause lessons until payments are updated.

    • 4. Attendance Policy
      Missed classes are not refundable.
      Make-up lessons are offered only if Mosaro cancels a session.

    • 5. Behavior & Participation
      The student must follow online classroom rules and respect the learning environment.
      Mosaro reserves the right to dismiss a student for disruptive behavior after several heads-Up

    • 6. Media Permission
      Parent/Student agrees that Mosaro may use photos/videos from classes for marketing

    • 7. Agreement
      By signing this form, the Parent/Student confirms they:

      Understand the total commitment about the 16 weeks music program
      Agree to choose in the 2 payment plans
      Accept all policies listed above
      This agreement is binding and enforceable.

    Note: The student must be at least 15 years old to join our program.

    Participants must purchase their own instrument to practice. The instructor will provide an Amazon link for better price and quality.
