EarthFest Augusta 2025 Vendor Application

Calling All Vendors! 🌿 Join us for EarthFest Augusta 2025, hosted by Ancient Path Augusta, Inc., on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 11 AM to 4 PM at Pendleton King Park, 1600 Troup St, Augusta, GA 30904.

This is our 9th annual pagan-centric celebration of Mother Nature—and we’d love for you to be part of the magic! EarthFest brings together artists, crafters, holistic practitioners, and food vendors to create a vibrant, community-centered marketplace full of beauty, education, and energy.

🎪 Vendor Booth (10' x 10') - $50

Double Space Discounts 2 for $90

🛠️ Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, fans, and display items. Booths will be given on a first come first serve basis. (No tents inside pavillion.)

☀️ This is a rain or shine event. No refunds due to weather. Refunds will only be issued if EarthFest Augusta is canceled by organizers—you will be notified promptly in that unlikely event.

🔮 Hosted by Ancient Path Augusta, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit pagan church, the event also supports our community ministries—including a food bank, resume support, and spiritual counseling.

Vendors are required to donate an item of $20 retail value with card for the event raffel and door prizes.
