CREATE seeks candidates who are passionate about educating students on the career paths available within commercial real estate industry and providing opportunities for students to network with industry professionals prior to full-time employment. General qualifications include, but are not limited to, a willingness to serve, the ability to meet projected time commitments, the ability to participate in group decision making and support board decisions, assist in the execution of the strategic plan, and the wherewithal to be professional in nature and dedicated to the mission of delivering career-ready candidates to the local commercial real estate industry. A diverse leadership composition is essential to encouraging inclusivity within the industry.
