    Thank you for choosing to consign with us! This form helps us process your items smoothly and ensure you’re informed about how our consignment process works.
  • 🕓 Drop-Off Hours

    You can bring in items anytime during store hours, Tuesday through Friday — and by request on weekends. We accept all seasons, all the time.

     
    📝 Checking In

    When you arrive, please check in with a team member before dropping off your items. 


    If your bags, bins, or individual items are already labeled with your name at home — perfect! If not, we’ll help you label them when you arrive to be sure everything stays organized.

    We do our best to review items while you shop, but during busy times you’re welcome to leave them with us. Please return within 2 days to pick up any items we can’t take — or let us know if you’d like us to donate them for you.

     
    🔍 Review & Processing

    After the initial sort, your items are reviewed a second time for stains, wear, or other defects, and sorted by season.


    Accepted items are itemized, tagged, and dated for a 2-month consignment period, which begins when those items are most in demand — not necessarily right away.


    💸 Earnings & Payout

    As items sell, 40% of the sale price accrues in your account. You can use this balance in-store or cash it out anytime.


    We offer payment on demand: Stop by the store, or call us and we’ll send a check, PayPal, or Zelle payment. Account balances never expire.

  • PLEASE NOTE — We do our best to check for stains or defects at drop-off, but we process a high volume of items and children’s items often have hidden wear or other defects that may be missed. Our normal policy is to donate these items. 

    If you do not want your items donated, please indicate above and we will notifiy you. You will have 5 days to collect your items once notified and you must remind staff of this preference at every drop off.  

    Even if you normally allow donation, you may request that specific items not be donated — just let us know when dropping off. Please use the 'Is there anything else you’d like to share' space on the drop-off form to note these items.
