📝 Checking In
When you arrive, please check in with a team member before dropping off your items.
If your bags, bins, or individual items are already labeled with your name, that’s wonderful! If not, we’ll be happy to label them when you arrive to help keep everything organized.
We do our best to review consignments while you shop whenever possible. During busy times, however, you may be asked to leave your items with us.
Please return within 2 days to pick up any items we can’t accept, or let us know if you’d prefer we donate them on your behalf.
🔍 Review & Processing
Every consignment receives multiple quality checks.
Accepted items are assigned a two-month consignment period that begins when they’re most likely to sell, not necessarily the day they’re dropped off.
As your items move through pricing, tagging, hanging, and merchandising, additional defects may occasionally be discovered. Items that no longer meet our standards are removed from inventory and donated in accordance with our donation policy.
💸 Earnings & Payouts
As your items sell, 40% of the selling price accrues in your consignor account.
Your balance never expires and may be:
Used toward purchases in the store
Cashed out anytime by check, PayPal, or Zelle
