Client Intake Note – Deposit Policy

Thank you for choosing Kei Celebrations Balloon Decor for your special event!

Please note:
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.
- The deposit must be sent at least 2 weeks prior to the event (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
- Without the deposit, we cannot place orders for materials, reserve rentals, or guarantee availability.
- The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before setup (unless otherwise agreed).
- We truly appreciate your cooperation and look forward to creating a beautiful celebration for you!
- Payment Method: Zelle/Ath Movil/Apple Cash/ Cash
- Rush Fee:Bookings made less than 2 weeks in advance will include a 25% rush fee to cover extra prep and logistics.
