If we offer a lower sale price for a course session in which you have registered, and you contact us while the sale price is in effect, we will refund the difference to you during your course. To receive your certificate you must attend 8 of 10 classes, graduation is counted in the 10 classes.

The Lumen Institute, the national governing body of Christopher Leadership Courses in Canada, promotes a spirit of openness, and at the same time values the protection of each individual’s right to privacy. In order to administer our courses, we obtain basic contact information from each student (name, address, telephone numbers, and email addresses). In addition, students may reveal other personal details to instructors and fellow students in conversation, in emails, and in their in-class presentations. Students and Instructors are not permitted to reveal or use any personal information revealed by a student or instructor during the course in any way outside of the course without the permission of the person involved. Students and instructors are required to agree to this privacy policy in order to participate in the course. Students wishing to review the personal information collected regarding them may do so upon request to a member of the instructing team. At the conclusion of each course, each graduate’s personal information is retained by the instructing team for approximately 30 days to allow for one final team meeting regarding the class. Following this, only basic contact information is retained to record the graduate’s participation in the course. We may use these contact details to advise a graduate of upcoming Christopher Leadership events and to aid in the promotion of future courses, unless the graduate unsubscribes from such mailings. Christopher Leadership Courses may use web sites operated by third party services to receive and store course registrations and may use third party services to send emails to students and instructors. Information transmitted or stored by such services is subject to their privacy policies and may be subject to the laws of countries other than Canada. Everyone using internet email should be aware that it is inherently subject to undetectable interception in transit. Anyone who has concerns about the Christopher Leadership Courses’ handling of personal information is requested to contact the class instructors.
