Agreement: The contractor wishes to employ the above key man to perform ironwork in Local 21 jurisdiction and has signed a compliance agreement with Ironworkers Local 21.
For the duration of the above named project and only for the key man named in this agreement, the Contractor shall file monthly remittance reports and make appropriate payments for Health and Welfare, Pension and Annuity benefit contributions to the Home Funds of the key man. A copy of the Home Fund's remittance reports reflecting these payments will be submitted to the Intermountain Ironworkers Trust Fund with the monthly remittance reports to show proof of payment.
Legislative Fund, Organizing Fund, Apprenticeship and Training Fund contributions will be reported and paid to the Intermountain Ironworkers Trust Fund on the monthly remittance reports as specified in the appropriate Trust Agreements and the under lying Collective Bargaining Agreement. All work Assessments shall be paid to Ironworkers Local 21 at 14515 Industrial Road Omaha, NE 68144.
This agreement is made as an accommodation to the key man and his Home Funds. It is the responsibility of the Home Fund to ensure that its remittance reports and payments are properly made. The key man shall receive no credits or benefits under the Intermountain Ironworkers Trust Fund for worked performed under this agreement.
