The More Beef from Pastures (MBfP) program is being reimagined and relaunched as MBfP 2.0, the flagship extension program of the Profitable and Resilient Southern Beef Herds project. You’re invited to be part of the next generation of southern beef producers shaping its future.
MBfP 2.0 aims to increase the productivity, profitability and resilience across the southern beef industry. At the core of MBfP 2.0 is a producer-first learning model grounded in measurable practice change, regional relevance, and peer-to-peer learning.
As a part of this, we’re forming a limited number of pilot producer learning groups across SA, VIC, NSW, TAS and WA – and we’re looking for forward-thinking beef producers to join the next generation of the More Beef from Pastures program – MBfP 2.0.

Places in the MBfP 2.0 producer groups are limited and expressions of interest will be assessed based on enterprise fit, region, and learning group availability. Regardless of pilot group eligibility, you will have the opportunity to be kept informed on the progress and activities of the MBfP 2.0 project.
The information you provide will only be used for the purposes of assessing eligibility and the setup of appropriate pilot producer groups, unless otherwise stated.
