Rules for Members Attending Board Meetings as Witnesses

Members are welcome to attend Board meetings as observers but must adhere strictly to the following rules:
- Attendance is subject to non-interference and a no-comment policy during proceedings unless invited to speak by the Chair.
- The Board reserves the right to enter closed-door sessions at any time for discussions deemed sensitive or confidential. During such sessions, all non-Board members may be asked to leave.
- All attendees must comply with the Club’s Code of Conduct and demonstrate respect and courtesy at all times.
- Members must maintain strict confidentiality regarding any matters discussed during the meeting, including discussions they may have witnessed as observers.
