  • This form, when completed and submitted, represents the document by which your suitability for membership of the Order and Grand Priory is assessed. You should ensure that you answer all questions fully and truthfully, as any discrepancies later discovered may impact your continued membership of the Order. OSMTH is a chivalric Order, and members are expected to act in a manner befitting membership of such an Order.

  • I acknowledge that the Grand Priory of the Knights Templar in England is NOT a political organisation, and that it has no political aims or aspirations.

    I understand that as a member of the Order, I shall not engage in any radically political or subversive activities and that, should I do so, I shall automatically render myself excluded from the Order.

    I fully embrace the chivalric and Christian values of faith, hope, and charity and undertake to live my life in accordance with these Christian principles.

  • Are you a free person, quit and free of debt, incrimination or anything which may hinder your application? *

  • * In the above undertaking, the phrase 'quit and free of debt' means whether you are an undischarged bankrupt, and 'incrimination' refers to any criminal conviction that is not considered spent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

    • I agree to the Grand Priory of England reviewing my application and undertaking sufficient checks to assess my suitability for membership in the Order.
