Informed Consent & Acknowledgment:
I understand that sound immersion, vibrational therapy, guided sound journeys, breathwork, and bodywork are holistic, complementary practices intended to support relaxation, self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being. These experiences may include hands-on or hands-off techniques, gentle touch, stillness, and/or sound and vibration applied in proximity to or on the body.
I acknowledge that these services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment, and that Sacred Euphony practitioners do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medical treatment.
I understand that responses to sound, touch, and frequency are personal and may include emotional release, physical sensations, deep relaxation, or temporary discomfort. I agree to listen to my body, honor my limits, and clearly communicate consent, boundaries, or the need to pause, modify, or stop a session at any time.
Liability Release:
I voluntarily choose to participate in Sacred Euphony sound immersion and/or bodywork sessions and assume full responsibility for my physical, emotional, and energetic well-being during and after each session.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Sacred Euphony, its facilitators, bodyworkers, practitioners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation, including those related to sound, vibration, or touch-based bodywork, except in cases of gross negligence.
I confirm that the information I have provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
