Warranty Repair Form

Dark Storm Industries warrants that your firearm was originally manufactured free of defects in material, workmanship, and mechanical function. Dark Storm Industries agrees to correct any defect in the firearm by repair, adjustment, or replacement, at Dark Storm Industries' discretion, with the same or comparable quality components, or by replacing the firearm entirely.This transferable warranty is null and void if the firearm:Has been misused, damaged (by accident or otherwise), or fired with hand-loaded, reloaded, or improper ammunition.Has been fired with an obstruction in the barrel.Has been damaged through failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance as described in the manual accompanying the firearm.Has undergone unauthorized repair or any alteration, including of a cosmetic nature.Has not been returned in its original factory condition with no modifications.This warranty solely covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to the normal life and wear and tear of any parts or any accessory items attached or appurtenant to the firearm.Should the firearm be found in need of repair due to misuse, modification, or other factors outside the scope of this warranty, Dark Storm Industries will repair the firearm at the customer's expense. If the firearm is found not to be in need of repair, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs in both directions.This warranty confers the right to have the covered firearm or its parts repaired, adjusted, or replaced exclusively upon the owner of the firearm. No implied warranties of any kind are made herein.In no event shall Dark Storm Industries be liable for any incidental or consequential damage arising from or in connection with this warranty.The standard turnaround time for warranty evaluation and repair is 7 BUSINESS DAYS.To request an RMA and UPS label for your firearm, please complete the form below:
