Laptop inspection is done prior to distribution. I understand that damaged, lost, or stolen, the laptop will be the financial responsibility of the parent(s)/ Guardian(s). I Understand any unpaid fees will be also restrict the access documentation (i.e. report cards, transcripts).
I consent to my student checking out a laptop. The laptop is property of Sugar Creek Charter School.

Technology Usuage Fee:

There is a $45.00 Technology usuage fee. This fee allowa students to use technology devices for instructional purposes throughout the school year. Also for the students to take the device home. We would like for all the fees to be paid by the week students return to school. The final deadeline for the usage fee is September 5th,2025. Non-Payment will prohibit a student's use of technology. Students are also allowed to make payments in person in the Main office at the High School

All major credit are excepted. Debit cards and cash are as well.
