Booth Requirements:
Registration Requirements – Booth Participation Policy:
Booth registration is limited to extracurricular youth recreation activities such as programs that offer athletics, music, performing/visual arts, character development,
STEM/ STEAM clubs, leadership skills, volunteer opportunities or youth ministry groups.
All booth registrations must be approved by Pumpkin Patch staff. Staff has the right to refuse entry if a vendor product or service does not align with goals of the event.
Retail, direct sales, entertainment or service-industry businesses for youth are not allowed at Rocky's Pumpkin Patch.

Application Deadline: Sunday, October 12, 2024
Booth fee must be included with application.
Only online applications with payment will be accepted.
Booth Fee: $50

Businesses that do not meet the extracurricular youth activity criteria may not be eligible for a booth. Groups that do not qualify will receive a full refund.
** Candy Policy: **
The Pumpkin Patch does NOT supply candy for the event. All participating booths must provide their own candy, swag or other giveaway items for trick-or-treating.
Attendance is subject to change, but past attendance totals are estimated between 2,000-4,000 visitors. Please prepare for large crowds and plan accordingly for giveaways.
