Greg Jackson Center Community Space Inquiry Form
United for Brownsville encourages the community to take full advantage of the hub space at the Gregory Jackson Center for Brownsville. Our community spaces are available for free or at a low cost for short-term use by residents, resident-related groups, government and educational agencies, community service organizations, local businesses, and individuals.
Please note that we cannot guarantee space availability, and bookings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
All requests to use any community spaces at the GJC must be completed at least 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE, but no more than 2 months in advance.
The service operating hours at our community space are Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Accessibility:
The Greg Jackson Center is located at 519 Rockaway Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11212. The building and all community spaces are ADA-compliant and accessible to people in mobility devices. While we strive to welcome people of all abilities, our building currently lacks some features that ensure accessibility for people with visual impairments, hearing impairments, and neurodiverse individuals. Please be sure to let us know any accessibility requirements, and we will do our best to achieve them, or we will be upfront with you if we are not the best venue for your program.
To request an accommodation, including for this form, please contact:

NOTE:
For long-term use of any community space, please email [tmack@brownsvillepartnership.org], Subject [519-Long Term Use].
For recurring space use, we require a maintenance agreement.
