Event Date & Time: October 3, 2026 from 10:00am–4:00pm

Exhibitor Fee: Free; donations welcome

Set up: 8:00–9:00am

Take down: 4:00pm–5:00pm

Notes:
- Exhibitors should have a connection with Maine’s maritime industries or be a food vendor.
- PMM reserves the right to deny exhibitor applications.
- Church Street will be closed to vehicle traffic from 9:00am–4:00pm.
- Please be sure to indicate if you need electricity as access is very limited.
- Exhibitors selling products must provide a certificate of liability insurance for the day of the event, indicating Penobscot Marine Museum as additionally insured.
