  • NOTE: We offer the option to share a tent with a fellow vendor to reduce costs and give smaller vendors an opportunity to participate. If you apply to share a tent with a fellow vendor, they must apply separately and also be vetted by YAY! Markets. If you need help finding a share vendor we will try our best to match you but it is not guaranteed.

  • MARKET TERMS

    I agree to the following (Please read carefully):

        •    Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor.

        •    A vendor fee is required to participate in the market. The fee may vary depending on the chosen payment method, and additional taxes or fees may apply.
        •    Proof of insurance must be submitted along with your payment.
        •    All sales are final. There are no refunds after payment is received.
    Vendor Responsibilities (if accepted):
        •    Provide your own 10x10 tent with a minimum of 40 lbs of weight.
        •    Bring your own table, seating, and any desired decor.

  • SEVERE WEATHER POLICY

    I agree to the following (Please read carefully):

    While we strive to hold our craft markets as scheduled, we understand the Hudson Valley weather can be unpredictable.

    We will make every effort to hold the market even during light rain showers.
    In the case of severe weather, such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or high winds, that may put our vendors and visitor’s safety at risk, we may need to cancel the event.


    Rain Dates

    We will make every effort to secure a rain date for canceled events; however, we cannot guarantee one. Availability, town regulations, and other factors may prevent us from offering a rescheduled date.

    Refunds/Credits

    Unfortunately, refunds and/or credits will not be offered or considered in the event of a market cancellation due to severe weather. There will be no exceptions.


    We understand the importance of planning your participation in our market. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds due to weather cancellations. As organizers, we invest significant time and resources securing the venue, promoting the event, and ensuring a smooth experience for all. Cancellations due to unforeseen weather would jeopardize our ability to recoup these costs and could potentially hinder our ability to organize future markets for you, our valued vendors.

    For vendors concerned about this policy, we encourage you to discuss business-loss insurance with your insurance provider.
