  • 2025 HUD CoC NOFO Competition

    The Lake County CoC is soliciting applications for both new and renewal projects for the FY2025 HUD CoC Competition. For this funding cycle, the CoC has a Preliminary Pro Rata Need (PPRN) of $4,284,629, an Annual Renewal Demand (ARD) of $3,574,120, and is eligible for up to $856,926 in CoC Bonus funding and$428,463 in Domestic Violence (DV) Bonus funding.

  • All applicants are required to review the FY2025 Allocation Plan and Prioritization Memo prior to submission to ensure alignment with local funding priorities and HUD requirements.

    Applicants must upload completed application packets, including all required forms, attachments, and supporting documentation, for the following project types: Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), Transitional Housing (TH), Supportive Services Only (SSO), Coordinated Entry (CE), HMIS, and DV Bonus. Agencies submitting multiple projects must submit each project as a separate entry.

    All applications are due by 2:00 PM on Friday, December 12th, 2025.
