1. Assess each potential resident’s needs and determine whether the level of support available within the residence is appropriate. Provide assistance to the resident for referral in or outside of the residence.2. Value diversity and non-discrimination.3. Provide a safe, homelike environment that meets NARR Standards.4. Decline taking a primary role in the recovery plans of relatives, close friends, and/orbusiness acquaintances.17. Sustain transparency in operational and financial decisions.18. 1. Confidentiality
All complaints submitted through this form will be treated with discretion. While we strive to maintain the confidentiality of complainants, complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed if a full investigation is warranted. The Georgia Association of Recovery Residences (GARR) reserves the right to share relevant information with involved parties and governing bodies as appropriate.

2. Non-Retaliation Policy
GARR prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, submits a complaint or participates in an investigation. If you believe you have been subject to retaliation, please notify us immediately.
