Attendance policy for less than 4 registered kids:
1 hr clinic: If 1 child attends they receive a 30-min class, 2-3 kids attend they receive 45 min clinic.
1½ hr clinics: If 1 child attends they receive a 45 min class, 2-3 kids attend they receive 1 hr. clinic.
18 kids max. A student to pro ratio of no more than 6:1 will be implemented for all clinics.
This is done to ensure a quality program is offered each week with proper staffing.
Pickup and Drop Offs: Players meet at the Tennis Court Gazebo by court 4 and are greeted by our tennis professionals.
Parents can also pick your player up at the Tennis Court Gazebo by court 4
Weather: Louisiana weather can be unpredictable. We will wait 30 min before the clinic before cancelling.
Your Tennis Pro will call you. You can also call the tennis desk at (985) 792-0260 for confirmation.
DO NOT assume class is cancelled without our confirmation.
Rainout makeups will be on Fridays. Our professionals will confirm if the makeup is happening for each specific week.
Equipment: Juniors must bring their own racquet. We have racquets available to purchase at the tennis desk.
Racquet rentals are available for $5 per clinic. Tennis shoes are required. No crocs or slip on shoes.
Cancellations, Refunds & Charges:
You will be charged at the end of the month, for that current month, to account for any weather cancellations.
All fees are non-refundable. Your Tennis Pro is expecting and planning for your player to be present for each of their assigned day(s) for each month.
All cancellations must be done by the 20th of the month prior to bberrigan@myfrancos.com, or your child will automatically be re-enrolled for the following month, each month, during the school year
Publicity Release:
Photos taken during tennis clinics & activities may be used in Franco’s material, website, social media or any other advertising.
If you want to ensure your child is NOT photographed, please contact the Tennis Desk.
Liability: Participant’s guardian expressly agrees on his/her behalf that all uses of club shall be undertaken at his/her sole risk and that the Club’s owners, managers, and employees shall not be liable for any damages or injuries to any member or guest, or be subject to any claim or demand whatsoever for any injuries incurred while at camp or on the way to camp. Each participant assumes responsibility for him/herself and on behalf of his/her executors, administrators, and assigns, does fully and forever waive, release, and discharge the Club’s owners, managers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from, or arising out of, the Member or his/her guest, or his/her minor. Children’s use or intended use of the Club’s facilities and equipment.
