    We will reach out to setup a follow-up Zoom conversation about the process, electronic paperwork, and timeline. After all of that we will get going to navigate your way to finding a new home! If you are a first-time homebuyer I recommend that you take a first-time homebuyer class online (I will share a link). 

    Now it is time for the BEST part:

    Setting up your custom search! We try to narrow down the search to 5-10 homes actively listed that match your criteria. We've found when we do this, most of our clients find the homes of their dreams on the first tour!
