By clicking the Submit button, I agree to the Diablo Border adoption process, will undergo an interview at Diablo Border's discretion. By clicking the Submit button, I understand that Diablo Border will verify my references, including veterinary and personal. By clicking on the Submit button, I understand that there is a non-refundable $1,000 administrative fee associated with adopting an animal from Diablo Border and that it is non-refundable as indicated by the law. This fee will only be charged when the breeder designates the puppy that will go to your home. No money will be charged before that (i.e. when the puppy is between 7 and 8 weeks old). I understand that this deposit will ensure that Diablo Border will put the adopter on a priority list for adopting a Border Collie. By clicking the Submit button, I understand that there is no cooling off period and that if I no longer want or can no longer care for my adopted pet, I agree to notify Diablo Border BY EMAIL and provide a 14 day period to allow Diablo Border to make arrangements for my pet to be returned to the breeder. By clicking the submit button, I agree to indemnify and hold Diablo Border harmless from and against any losses, suits, claims, injuries, damages suffered by me or any person or property by my adopted pet, once adoption completed. By clicking on the Submit button, I understand that Diablo Border will disclose any health or behavioral problems with the animal known to the breeder named above before the adoption is completed. By clicking the Submit button, I understand that if I no longer want my pet, or am no longer able to care for my adopted pet, I will be asked to surrender my pet to Diablo Border and provide transportation to where Diablo Border deems appropriate. By clicking the Submit button, I verify that all of the above information is true and accurate.
