We measure and order costumes based on your dancer's exact measurements as the manufacturer recommends (the fit should be tight like a bathing suit), some dancers prefer however to have a more loose fitting costume, if this is your dancer select "Yes/Si" and we will automatically order the next size up for you. ******* PLEASE NOTE IF YOU SELECT THIS OPTION AND YOUR DANCERS COSTUME IS TOO BIG, IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE COSTUME TAILORED TO YOUR LIKING. DEPOSITS:
Deposits are non-refundable.

RECITALS: Recitals at Bella Ballerina are a special and optional experience designed to showcase your dancer’s hard work and progress. Participation in a recital requires a separate recital fee, which covers costs associated with costumes, venues, and other recital-related expenses.

RECITAL FEES AND POLICIES: Recital fees are non-refundable for any reason, including illness, as we pay vendors immediately and cannot recover those funds. Similarly, ticket fees are non-refundable. By enrolling in the recital, you acknowledge and accept these terms.Payment is due for recital registration at the time of purchase once Early Bird Registration has completed. Once registered and payment processed, we cannot refund your purchase, as costumes will be ordered for your dancer right away. Should you no longer wish to be enrolled in a recital after registration, we will credit your account for future services minus the cost of the costume and tights ($109). Chargebacks: By enrolling, you agree to waive your right to file any chargebacks for processed payments, including both session and recital payments.

CANCELLATION OF RECITAL PARTICIPATION: If your dancer is signed up for the recital and you cancel your session early, you may forfeit your dancer’s ability to participate in the recital. This includes canceling less than three weeks prior to the recital in an attempt to avoid the final payment. In such cases, tuition payments will take priority, and any outstanding tuition balances will be paid using the recital payment made earlier in the session.

COMMUNICATION AND COMMITMENT: We highly value and expect open communication from our parents, just as we strive to communicate frequently and transparently with you. By registering your dancer for the recital, you are committing to these policies and terms, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all dancers and families involved.
