Notice of Investigation (NOI) Refer to By-law A2.29.7. Form must be submitted by 9am Monday together with a $500 bond. Notice of Investigations can be lodged for a player, official, or club who is alleged to have committed or engaged in conduct that constitutes a reportable offense where a player has been seriously injured. Only League Officials and Club Presidents can lodge a NOI. Please ensure your $500 bond is paid to the PFL at the time of NOI lodgement. BSB: 016-460 A/C: 253 692 009. You will receive a confirmation email if this form is submitted correctly.
