Is your home dwelling a mobile home?
STOP HERE IF YOU SELECTED YES! Mobile homes are not eligible.
Do you occupy a home that you own in one of the following municipalities?
STOP HERE IF YOU SELECTED NO! This program is only for homeowners who live in the listed municipalities. Second or vacation homes are not eligible.
Does your property have more than one building? If yes, are other residential buildings or commercial businesses operating on the property?
STOP HERE IF YOU SELECTED YES! Properties with additional buildings used for residential or commercial are not eligible.
If the construction of the ADU exceeds the $112,500 grant amount, would you be willing to explore additional funding or financing options. (Construction Loan)
STOP HERE IF YOU SELECTED NO! Applicants are responsible for securing funding needed, if the construction of the ADU exceeds $112,500.
If chosen, are you willing to have pictures taken of the completed ADU for promotional purposes?
STOP HERE IF YOU SELECTED NO! As per requirement by NYS Homes and Community Renewal, applicants' must agree to have pictures taken of the ADU.

STOP HERE IF YOU SELECTED NO! The Hudson River Housing Plus One ADU Program can only serve households who fall within the income limits established by NYS Homes and Community Renewal.
