Policies:
Securing Reservation Date
Your reservation(s) and service(s) will be secured when the signed contract and deposit have been received. All bookings for weddings are made on a “first-come-first-served” basis. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract and deposit.
Deposit
All reservations for parties must be reserved and guaranteed with a 50% non-refundable deposit. All deposits are due before services are scheduled in the reservation book. No reservation(s)/dates will be held without a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
Payment
Remaining balance is due 30 days before the service(s). In the instance that it is a day that Coterie is normally closed for business, final payment is due on the last business day open, prior to the 30-day mark before your scheduled event. Prices are subject to change as styling needs change or services are added. Prices on the service menu do not include gratuity. We accept ALL major credit cards. All services taking place off-site of the Coterie 17 premises (i.e. “on location”), must be charged to a credit card held on file with the salon, 30 days in advance for full remaining balance.
Contract/Appointment Changes
All agreements will be made in writing. Wedding date and time, service date, time of arrival in salon, estimated time of completion, information (name/address/telephone #) of guest to be styled and service descriptions will be emailed to the booking guest. Any changes or additions to guests or wedding party members requesting additional services after the contract is signed must be submitted in writing; (no changes will be made over the telephone). Charges for a guest requiring additional services will be booked based upon availability and require a 50% deposit on the date the new service is added. Any reservations cancelled without 2 weeks notice will be charged in its entirety to the credit card associated with this contract.
- Any party member paying for their own services must have a credit card on file in their own name, above and beyond the one held on file by the bride. Deposits may all be charged to the bride, or to individual party members. Cancellations and changes must be made in writing.
- Cancellations due to emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis per the salon management’s discretion.
You may email or fax any changes or requests; prior notice must be given to salon personnel to insure receipt/confirmation.
Late Arrivals
If the wedding party is more than ten (10) minutes late without making contact with us, the party will be charged an additional $15.00 late fee for each guest serviced, per every 15 minutes past the scheduled service time. Late arrivals result in scheduling and service conflicts for you, and other guests following your appointment(s). After a guest or party is 30 minutes late to their scheduled service time, that will result in the loss of their appointment time(s).
- If a wedding party is late for the scheduled service appointment time(s) and notifies us of a new arrival time, stylists will make every effort to accommodate the new arrival time, however, there may be an interruption of services as the technicians accommodate their other scheduled guests.
- If the scope of the original contract cannot be fulfilled due to guest’s late arrival, services may be reduced; however, guests are liable for the original amount.
- If a wedding party is more than 30 minutes late without making contact with us, the assumption is that the guest is a no-show. This results in the client being charged for all contracted services in their entirety.
This policy has been designed out of respect for our stylists and guests, hope you understand. We do so look forward in hosting you for your wedding day!
