DRAW RULES

This Draw is organised by Pepe Jeans, S.L, (hereinafter, Pepe Jeans), with registered office in Spain, Carretera Laureà Miró, núm. 403-405, 08980 Sant Feliu de Llobregat (Barcelona), B-61.663.555, according to the rules contained in the following clauses.

1. Entry requirements and winner
1.1 The participants must be at least 18 years old or be of legal age in their country at the time of the participation
1.2 The draw will be open from 26h September 2025 to 21st November 2025 (the Term).
1.3 The participants must purchase an amount of 100€ (or the equivalent in local currency at the time of purchase) or more in one ticket in one of our official Pepe Jeans stores, at our official website https://www.pepejeans.com/ or selected key accounts wholesalers of Pepe Jeans (they will be identified as such in the wholesale store) (wholesale clients).
1.4 Participants may enter the Raffle multiple times for every 100€ (or the equivalent in local currency at the time of purchase) purchase made (not cumulative tickets).
1.5 Purchased products cannot be returned to participate in the drawing.
1.6 The participants must have registered into the data base via the QR provided in the point of sale (POS) and read and accept our privacy policy.
1.7 The participants shall complete the participation form (which includes registering into our data base) and read and accept our privacy policy.
1.8 To participate in this Draw and its prize, knowledge and acceptance of these rules is essential pursuant to all the rules established herein.

2 The Draw
2.1 The Draw will be active from 26th September 2025 at 00:01 hours to 21st November 2025 23:59 hours (the Term) – Spanish Time.
2.2 The winners of the Prize will be elected by a Raffle winner generator.
2.3 There will be a total of 10 winners. Only 1 of these 10 winners may be for a purchase made outside Europe.
2.4 In case the first winner is either failing to respond within the time limit indicated in the previous point, not eligible or not able to attend or a subsequent participant will elected as the winner, following the same random selection method

3. The Prize
3.1 The participants will have the chance to win a trip to London for 2 people including 2 day accommodation.
3.2 Dates of the trip will be determined by Pepe Jeans and no later than June 2026.
3.3 There will be 10 winners, each of whom will be able to choose an accompanying person. At maximum, one of the ten winners will be for a purchase made outside Europe.
3.4 The prize will only be valid to travel from one location in Europe to London:
3.5 In case that winner and his accompanying person will travel from the UK, they will travel on a booked train by Pepe Jeans to the accommodation.
3.6 In case that winner and his accompanying person will travel from another European location, a flight ticket will be issued for it, booked by Pepe Jeans.
3.7 Exceptionally, 1 of the 10 winners may travel from outside Europe. This must be a winner who has made a purchase from outside Europe.
3.8 Accommodation: 2 night in a hotel of free choice by Pepe Jeans, on London city or nearby.
3.9 The winner and his accompanying partner will travel together, from the same location, with the same means of transportation and schedule.
3.10 The accompanying person of the winner participants must be at least 18 years old or be of legal age in their country register in the database and accept Pepe Jeans’ privacy policy.
3.11 The accompanying person must accept the legal rules of the Draw.
3.12 The winner will be notified by email and will be informed of the steps to be taken in order to receive the prize. The winner will be notified by the 1st of December 2025.
3.13 Pepe Jeans reserves the right not to award the prize.
3.14 The Prize may not be exchanged for money and its sale or transfer by the winner for profit is expressly prohibited.
3.15 The participant and accompanying person must cooperate with Pepe Jeans’ so that Pepe Jeans can book accommodations, travel passes and anything necessary to award the Prize.
3.16 The maximum value of this Prize is €1,000 per person, and a maximum of 2,000 for the winner from outside Europe (there will only be one winner in these circumstances) If the travel and accommodation costs exceed this amount, the Prize will not be awarded.

4 Cancellation or modification
4.1 Pepe Jeans reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel this Draw or to amend the Draw rules. To such regard, Pepe Jeans will inform the participants through email.

5 Limitation of liability and Governing Law
5.1 Pepe Jeans does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the Prize draw or being selected for a Prize.
5.2 The Prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Spanish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts Barcelona.

6 Protection
6.1. Personal data controller: Pepe Jeans, S.L. clauses. Pepe Jeans, S.L. has appointed AWWGROUP, S.L. as its Data Protection Officer (DPO). The DPO can be reached at dpo@awwg.com for any matters related to the processing of personal data.
6.2. Purpose: Participation in the draw requires prior registration as a user on our website. The processing of personal data necessary for such registration is governed by the corresponding Privacy Policy, available at https://www.pepejeans.com/en_gb/privacy-policy.html. Personal data specifically provided for participation in this Draw will be processed for the purpose of management of the Draw, contacting winners, and, where applicable, delivering prize and reserves necessary to award it. We may also process your personal data for the purpose of verifying compliance with the participation requirements, communicating with participants, managing incidents related to the Draw, and carrying out all tasks necessary for its execution, including the publication of the winner. If the participant expressly consents, their data may also be used to send commercial communications, by electronic or other means, relating to products, services, or promotions of Pepe Jeans.
6.3. Legal Basis: The legal basis for all such processing is the participant’s consent granted by submitting the form and ticking the corresponding box for commercial communications.
6.4. Retention Period: Personal data will be kept only for the time strictly necessary to manage the draw and, once completed, will be blocked and retained solely for the period during which legal responsibilities may arise. In the case of consent for commercial communications, the data will be retained until such consent is withdrawn. All of the foregoing is without prejudice to the retention periods applicable to user registration, as set out in the Privacy Policy indicated above.
6.5. Recipients: Personal data will not be communicated to third parties, except where necessary for the organization or delivery of the prize (which may involve communication of data to service providers such as travel agencies, airlines or accommodation providers, if applicable). In addition, the identity of the winner may be made public on our website and/or on our official social media channels, for purposes of transparency and publicity of the result.
6.6. Exercise of your rights: Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction of processing, and data portability at any time, by sending a written request to privacy@pepejeans.com. Where processing is based on consent, participants may withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal. Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in your country, if you consider that your personal data have been processed in breach of the applicable regulations.
