    Venue Rules & Guidelines


    1. Booking & Payment
    - A signed rental agreement and a security deposit are required to reserve your date.
    - Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to your,  Deposits are non refundable and are for the security of your date alone and go towards your contracted amount. 


    2. Event Time & Access
    - Rental includes access to the venue from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.  

    -earlier  hrs may be discussed
    - Overtime will be charged at $50.00 per hour past 10:00 PM.
    - All guests and vendors must exit the premises by the contracted end time.


    3. Setup & Cleanup
    - Renters are responsible for setting up and removing all décor, trash, and personal items.
    - A $ 200.00 cleaning fee applies.
    - The venue must be left in the same condition it was received.


    4. Decorations
    - All decorations must be approved by the venue owner in advance.
    - No gothic/skulls, nudity, or dark/evil-themed decorations are permitted.
    - No nails, screws, tacks, or adhesives on walls, ceilings, or floors.
    - No confetti, glitter, rice, or loose materials.
    - Candles / absolutely no open flames are allowed.


    5. Alcohol & Catering
    - Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
    - Outside catering is allowed with prior approval.
    - All food and beverage vendors must provide proof of insurance.


    6. Music & Noise
    - DJs and live music are allowed within volume limits.
    - All music must stop by 10:00 PM in compliance with local ordinances.


    7. Conduct
    - The renter is responsible for guest conduct at all times.
    - Children must be supervised by an adult.
    - Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.


    8. Liability
    - The venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
    - Any damage to the property will result in a loss of deposit and/or additional charges.
    - The renter assumes full responsibility for the safety of all guests.


    9. Parking
    - On-site parking is available.
    - No overnight parking unless arranged in advance.


    10. Security
    - Security may be required for events over 200 guests at the renter's expense.
    - Venue staff may remove any guests exhibiting unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior

  • By signing below, I acknowledge that I have received, read, and agree to comply with all the rules and guidelines set forth by New Beginnings at Sweet Southern Farm. I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges, termination of the event, or forfeiture of the security deposit.

     

     

    I also agree to ensure that my guests, vendors, and participants adhere to these rules throughout the duration of the event.
