We are excited to invite you to be part of a new professional network designed specifically for Assistant Principals and new Principals (1-2 yrs without assistants) in Regions 6 and 7.
As part of the Virginia Department of Education’s Training and Technical Assistance Center (T/TAC) at Virginia Tech, our mission is to support school divisions and their educators in improving outcomes for students with disabilities. We recognize that as an Assistant Principal or new Principal, you play a critical role in shaping school culture, instructional leadership, and inclusive practices.
This new network will begin by sharing targeted professional learning opportunities aligned to your unique leadership needs through Constant Contact. Over time, we aim to grow this into a dynamic community of practice—where you can access support, share ideas, and collaborate with peers facing similar challenges and opportunities.
