What additional equipment will you need for your performance? We provide a Bluetooth sound system (which includes an SD card and USB slot for media playback) and a corded microphone. Electrical outlets are also available. Please list any other equipment you may need; however, please note that we cannot guarantee we can provide or obtain additional equipment for your performance.

- Application Deadline: The Friday before each event date (10/3, 10/31, 11/28).
- Performance Slots: We'll review applications and notify selected performers about their scheduled time within 2-3 days of their application submission.
- Flexibility: While we'll provide a schedule in advance, please be prepared that performance times may be subject to change on the night of the event, particularly if there are no-shows or last-minute adjustments. Your flexibility is appreciated.
- Free Admission: All selected performers receive complimentary admission for themselves and 1 guest to the event.
