    Tabletops are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Electricity is limited and is reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Registration must be received by 5:00 pm, Monday, October 20, 2025, to hold your space. Exhibitor agrees to comply with all exhibit terms (see below for details):

  • Exhibitors Recieve: 

    • (1) 6' (30" X 72") Table with cloth

    • (2) Chairs

    • Exhibit Sign (11" X 8.5")

    • Free WiFi Access

    • Targeted B2B Mailing and Promotional Support

    • Marketing of Event

    • Attendee Registration List in an Excel Spreadsheet upon request after the event

    PLEASE NOTE: This is a TABLETOP EXPO. No modular trade show displays (with the exception of major sponsors). Displays can not block other exhibitors. All materials must fit within your six foot space. 

    Please discuss with your Chamber Representative any special requests or requirements regarding your table space (for example: putting green, easel, etc) to be included at the time you are submitting your application.

    Chamber Member Rate for members in good standing of one or more of the participating Chambers of Commerce Only - Bridgeport Regional Business Council & Affiliates, Greater Valley and Monroe.

    Advance Exhibitor Registration Required.
    No walk-in space available. 

    Return this form by Monday, October 20, 2025,
    to hold your table space.

     

    • Payment must be received by Friday, October 24, 2025.

    • Checks should be made payable to GVCC and mailed with a copy of this form to Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce, 10 Progress Drive, Suite 2E, Shelton, CT 06484.

    • We also accept MC/V/DISCOVER/AMEX. Please call 203-925-4981 with information.

    • A Confirmation Notice with Complete Show Instructions & Details will be sent upon receipt of your payment.

    • Written notice of cancellation must be received by 5:00 pm on Friday, October 24, 2025, or you will be charged the full registration fee.

    • This is a TABLETOP EXPO. No modular trade show displays (with the exception of major sponsors). Displays can not block other exhibitors. All materials must fit within your six foot space.

    • Table Staff list for name badges must be turned in by 5:00 pm Friday, October 24, 2025.

    • Tables must be completely set up by 1:45pm. Set-up may also be available in advance by appointment. Tables may not be dismantled before 5:00 pm.

    • Bring an ample supply of informational materials. 2024 attendance: 400+
