Tent Placement*

I am interested in selecting the placement of my tent. I understand that being able to choose an available tent location will cost extra. Please contact me to discuss.I am not interested in selecting the placement of my tent. I understand that where I am placed will be at the sole discretion of Houston AfriFEST. I understand I will not be able to change my tent location on the day of the festival.

By signing and/or submitting this form, I hereby affirm that all information provided in this vendor registration is accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief. I further acknowledge receipt of the 2025 Houston AfriFEST Vendor Agreement and agree to the terms as set out therein. I also grant Houston AfriFEST and the Nigerian-American Multicultural Council (NAMC) permission to use my and/or my business' likeness in photographs and/or video for promotional purposes in connection with AfriFEST and/or other events and marketing produced by NAMC.
