Registration:
The registration fee is $150, which includes: snacks and beverages, meeting room rental and materials on Monday October 6th and Breakfast and meeting room rental/materials October 7th. Please register each person individually by Friday September 5th or a late fee of $15 will be assessed.
Invoicing & Payment:
At the time of invoicing, a sales tax rate will be applied to your registration based on the location of the meeting. This adjustment reflects a new Washington State law effective October 1, 2025 which now classifies live presentations (such as seminars, workshops, committee meetings, and conferences) as taxable retail sales. Payment methods include check or credit card. Please note there is a transaction fee applied to all credit card payments. WSTA will invoice you after the event. WSTA will invoice you after the event.

WSTA has a room block for the per diem rate of $110/night please note that there is a resort fee of $25/night. Please note that there is no booking link you will need to make your resevation by call in, please visit your committee page HERE for booking information.
