  The Assistant General Manager (AGM) at SWAY Dispensary is an inclusive, hands-on leader who drives operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a joyful, customer-centric experience. As the trusted partner to the General Manager and peer collaborator with the Inventory Manager, the AGM oversees daily retail operations, fosters staff growth and equity, ensures meticulous inventory and financial management, and champions SWAY’s mission to deliver safe, stigma-free cannabis access. This is a role for a passionate operator with deep industry knowledge, strong business acumen, and the charisma to cultivate SWAY’s vibrant community spirit. As a versatile team player, the AGM is capable of stepping into any role within the dispensary to ensure seamless operations.
