  Job Summary
  
  The Budtender at Sway Dispensary is a dynamic ambassador of cannabis education, retail excellence, and joyful customer connection. As the frontline representative of our mission, you’ll combine deep product expertise with warm, judgment-free service to guide customers through their cannabis journey—whether they’re seeking relief, recreation, or discovery.
  
  This role demands a fast learner who thrives in a regulated environment, collaborates seamlessly with team members, and upholds Sway’s standards of compliance, equity, and community care. When you’re not assisting customers, you’ll be a steward of inventory accuracy, store presentation, and operational flow. The ideal candidate is equal parts educator, salesperson, and cannabis advocate, with the adaptability to pivot between roles as needed.
