As our ecosystem expands across education, industry, and market development initiatives, we are formalizing multiple advisory and governance bodies to support long-term strategy, ethical standards, and regional alignment. 1. Industry Standards & Ethics Committee: Develops ethical guidelines, professional conduct standards, and conflict-of-interest frameworks to protect the integrity of the regional fashion ecosystem.
2. Education & Technical Oversight Committee: Advises on curriculum alignment, instructional quality, technical standards, and workforce development pathways across incubator and school initiatives.
3. Market & Industry Development Committee: Focuses on strengthening the regional fashion economy through retail alignment, production infrastructure, Midwest Market Week integration, and strategic partnerships.
4. Governance & Guild Advisory Panel: Supports high-level policy formation, long-term planning, and strategic decision-making across incubators, honors programs, and nonprofit initiatives.
5. Fashion School Steering & Advisory Board (Edessa Expansion):Advises on planning, launch strategy, community integration, accreditation pathways, and sustainability for the proposed Fashion Design School initiative in Dayton.
