Annunciation Confirmation Registration 2025-2026 Logo
  • Annunciation Confirmation Registration: Monday, April 13, 2026, 7pm at The Cathedral Of St. Paul

Congratulations on your desire to be confirmed or to have your child confirmed! Confirmation is the total acceptance of one's faith in Christ and His Catholic Church. Please Note: This program meets once per month on the First Sundays October 2025 through April 2026. We will have an informational meeting with parents on the 7th of September 2025. The Annunciation Confirmation program is an extension of Annunciation Youth Ministry through the Parish. (There is no official affiliation with Annunciation Catholic School; however, it is recommended that baptized Catholic Annunciation school-students are confirmed as eighth graders.) Sacrament of Confirmation recommended for grades 8 and above. We do accept confirmands from other parishes and schools. All are welcome!

  • Confirmation Saint

Why a Saint for Confirmation? We choose a Confirmation saint (like we choose a Confirmation sponsor) not out of due diligence to the “rule,” but rather because we realize how unfortunate it would be to travel alone. We recognize how important it is to know your Confirmation saint not only by name, but also by story. The saints have so much to teach us about this journey. Pick a saint (canonized, blessed, or servant of God) who speaks to you somehow. Know their story. But, mostly know the power of their prayer. Ask for their intercession like you would ask for the prayers of your friends. Saying “yes” to a Confirmation saint is like saying “yes, you may always pray for my poor and weary soul.”
  • SACRAMENTAL FEE:
Sacraments are God's free gift to us; however, to help defray the various costs that are incurred in your child's sacramental preparation, we request a material fee of $80.00. (In cases of financial need, this fee can easily and confidentially be waived upon request.)
