(PERMISSION TO USE PHOTOS/VIDEOS: I give permission to use photos and/or videos taken during Plast events in their print and online advertising, social media, press releases, and funding applications.)*

Знаю загально ідейні основи і виховну мету Пласту і даю свою згоду на вступлення моєї дитини до Пласту y Сієтл. (I know generally the ideological foundations and educational goals of Plast, and I consent to my child joining and participating in the Seattle branch of Plast.)Знаю що вимогою приналежности до Пласту є українська розговірна мова, й у зв’язку з тим, обов’язок учащати до української школи (чи засвоювати мову і українознавство приватно) і докладати зусиль, щоб цю вимогу виконати. (I know that the requirement of belonging to Plast is the Ukrainian spoken language and, therefore, the obligation to attend a Ukrainian school or to master the language and Ukrainian studies privately, and to make every effort to fulfill this requirement.)Мені відомо, що реґулярна участь у пластових зайняттях і таборах є основним виховним засобом, то ж я дбатиму, щоб моя дитина могла брати у них участь. (I know that regular participation in Plast activities and camps is a primary educational tool. I will do my best to ensure that my child participates in them.)

Я розумію, що якщо моя дитина буде спізнена при сходинах більше ніж 15хв, я маю повідомити виховника як найскорше. Якщо я це не зроблю 3 рази протягом 3 місяців, моя дитина можливо буде відставлена на один ступінь/пробу. (I understand that if my child will be late for an event by more than 15 minutes, I should let their counselor know as soon as possible. If I fail to do this 3 times within 3 months my child might be held back a level).*

Я розумію, що якщо моя дитина не може бути присутня при сходинах, я маю повідомити виховника принаймні за 24 години. Якщо моя дитина пропустить 3 сходинах протягом 3 місяців, моя дитина можливо буде відставлена на один ступінь/пробу. (I understand that if my child cannot make an event I must let their counselor know at least 24 hours in advance. If my child misses 3 meetings within 3 months my child might be held back a level).*

Річна вкладка за 2025-2026 рік треба відправити до 31-го жовтня. Якщо реєструвалися після 31-го жовтня, річна вкладка треба відправити 2 місяці після реєстрації.
Annual dues for the 2025-2026 year need to be paid by October 31. If you registered after October 31, payment is due 4 weeks after registration.

Новацтво і Юнацтво: $100.00 за дитину (Novatstvo & Yunatstvо: $100.00 per child)
