  • To ensure the profeciency and accruacy of every installation, we require techs to complete an Installation Completion Survey.  This will significantly decrease the call backs to techs and make everyone's job 100% easier.  Please submit with every install.

  • If existing system in the home, was it being monitored?*
  • Were there any changes to the initial work order?*
  • Was all the equipment listed on the work-order installed?*
  • If we have to return, did you already scheduled the return?*
  • Did you take-over any automation devices? If so, please remember to make notes on Fillquick - Remember to confirm with office before leaving that Econ did not have to be changed because you took over automation devices*
  • Did you take-over any video devices? If so, please remember to make notes on Fillquick*
  • If you took over video/automation devices, select the types that you took over?*
  • Do we have to return for any other reason outside of adding equipment? (If so, add it in the comments below)*
  • Does the rep need to contact customer to address any challenges?*
  • If customer selected Service Finance for additional equipment, did the customer complete the Completion form?*
  • Did you upload pictures of the panel and cameras into Fillquick?*
  • If you added Google cameras, did you registered the serial numbers in 3PS?*
