I frantically grab something sharp without thinking and feel extreme emotions such as anger, depression or panic- and sometimes cause great damage to myselfI search for an object and begin to SH in quite a distressed mindset, but typically don't cause great damage (shallow cuts)I begin to zone out, dissociate or shut down while slowly getting an object to SH. While I still have underlying extreme feelings, it's mostly superficial cuts & a slow / controlled processI haven't cut yet, but I tend to quickly react to stressful stimuli (internal or external)I haven't cut yet, and I'm typically able to slow my thoughts down before reacting
