  • Vendor Primary Information:

  • Vendor Category:

  • At the GFM, we value quality over quantity when it comes to vendor offerings. We are looking for vendors who are focused and passionate about their specific product category, whether that's produce, baked goods, handmade crafts, or prepared foods. Our goal is to create a diverse and balanced market, and we find that vendors who specialize in what they do best consistently offer higher quality and a more authentic experience for shoppers. We encourage applicants to highlight what sets their products apart, rather than trying to cover a wide range of unrelated items.

Please select up to three that best describe what you sell at your booth.

  • Product(s) Information:

  • As we enter a new season at the GFM, we're focused on offering a high-quality, diverse market experience for our community. To help us achieve this, please submit a detailed list of the products you wish to sell for approval.

We encourage vendors to curate their booths with focus and intention, prioritizing a refined selection of high-quality items over a broad assortment. A well-curated, highly focused booth not only helps create a more visually appealing and professional presentation, but it also resonates better with customers, making your brand and offerings more memorable.

By focusing on what you do best, we’re able to support more small businesses and offer shoppers a wider variety of products across the market. Thank you for continuing to help make GFM vibrant, thoughtful, and unique!

  • On-Site Food and Beverage:

  • Any vendor offering food or beverage samples at the market must comply with all Maricopa County Health Department guidelines. This includes obtaining the necessary permits and having the appropriate equipment on-site to safely handle and serve samples. Vendors are responsible for ensuring all samples are prepared, stored, and served in a safe and sanitary manner, including maintaining proper temperatures at all times.

In addition, vendors must provide disinfectant (such as hand sanitizer or sanitizing wipes) for customer use and have a designated trash bin at their booth if needed. Vendor-generated trash must be taken off-site for disposal, as market trash cans are reserved for customer use only.

  • Vendors who prepare and/or serve food or beverages at the market must comply with all Maricopa County Health Department guidelines. This includes obtaining all required permits and having the appropriate equipment on-site to safely handle, prepare, and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations.

  • Setup/Booth Description:

  • Vendor booths should be clean, organized, and professional at all times. Displays should be visually appealing, with clear, legible signage, and a tidy, clutter-free setup. A well-maintained booth enhances the market experience for all. Please describe your booth setup in detail.

  • Vendor Vehicles:

  • Food Trucks/Trailers and Carts:

  • This information will help us coordinate setup and breakdown at the new location. Please provide details for any vehicle that may enter the market area.

  • Equipment Information:

  • Vendors who use propane, generators, or open-flame cooking equipment must comply with all City of Chandler Fire Department regulations. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure their setup meets safety requirements and is inspected or permitted as needed.

  • Company Information:

  • Businesses who are physically located or registered in the City of Chandler are required to have a valid Chandler business license.

  • Social Media:

  • An active social media presence is required to participate in the Gilbert Farmers Market. While we work hard to attract customers each week, it’s equally important that vendors promote their own businesses and let their followers know where to find them. When we all work together to spread the word, everyone benefits.

  • Maricopa County Permit:

  • Required by all Food Vendors.

Farmers and growers who sell only produce grown on their own property do not need a Maricopa County permit. However, if the produce is processed into a product that requires the use of a kitchen, such as turning grain into flour or fruit into jam, a Food Producer Permit is required.

  • Arizona/Chandler TPT:

  • Chandler must be added to your TPT!

*Only required once a vendor is Approved* All vendors selling in Chandler are required to add the City of Chandler to their Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) license. Vendors are also responsible for collecting and submitting the appropriate sales tax for their products.
