Thank you for choosing me and trusting me with your Prom Glam makeup service. Just a few things before you book: This is a neutral full glam makeup service that includes neutral/shimmer eyeshadows, complimentary glitter and lashes with an estimated duration of 1 hour. It's meant to enhence your natural beauty so details that require extra time and products like vibrant colors, a full cut crease, rhinestones or graphic liner are not included but you will have the option to ad those if you'd like. Don't forget to mention your Prom 2025 voucher for a special discount if you got your dress from our partner K'LYNN BOUTIQUE !

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Service etiquette:

Please come to your apointment with a clean face free of any type of product and with eyebrows groomed if it is your preference.

Only you (the person being serviced) are allowed in the service space.
Young children are not allowed.

- Payment:

A 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is mandatory to confirm your apointment. You sill receive a Credit card payment link via Whatsapp withing 24 hours after your form submission.

My business being based on the french side, the euro is the preffered currency.
A 1€ = $1.15 currency exchange fee will be applied to USD payments.

Payment options for deposit - Credit card via payment link, Revolut or bank transfer (no later than 4 business days prior to service).
Payment options for balance - Credit card via payment link, Revolut or cash only (no later than the day of your service).

- *K'LYNN Discount:

You must present a valid 2025 voucher from our partner K'LYNN BOUTIQUE to benefit from this offer.

- Lateness:

You are allowed a 15min grace period if you have notified me of your potential delay. At the 15min mark maximum, you may have to compromise for a look that the remaining 45min time allows.
At the 15min mark with or without communication (considered a NO SHOW) your appointment will be cancelled with no option to reschedule. Your deposit will not be refunded.

- Cancellation:

Once your apointment is confirmed with the payment of your deposit, your apointment time is bloqued and unavailable to others. Your deposit will not be refunded should you cancel after confirmation.
Should I cancel for any reason, 100% of your deposit will be refunded within 48 hours.
