By signing this petition, I stand in firm opposition to the proposed Sidewinder H2 Project—a large-scale industrial wind farm, solar array, and hydrogen production facility planned for Niobrara County, Wyoming. This project threatens to permanently alter the rural character of our community, strain scarce water resources, disrupt vital wildlife habitat, and burden local residents with risks and consequences that have not been fully disclosed or understood.
The Sidewinder Project represents a major land use decision with long-term impacts—and it's being pushed forward with minimal transparency and little regard for local input.
