This registration form is for players wishing to trial for a Junior Competition Team (Under 12 to Under 17) at Mount Barker United Soccer Club in 2026.

Please note:
- All players must attend trials in October to be considered for team placement.
- By completing this form, you will be added to our communications list and will receive all updates regarding trial dates, times, and locations.
- A parent or guardian must have completed this form at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled trial day.
Any players younger than U12 age should complete the Miniroo's registration form

Mount Barker United Soccer Club – Trial and Selection Policy

Please note that participation in trials does not guarantee selection in a team at Mount Barker United Soccer Club.

Our Junior Technical Director, along with our league coordinators, will assess all trialists and determine the most appropriate team placement based on each player's current skill level, coaches knowledge/assesment and overall development needs for long term player development. All placement decisions are final and may be subject to change at the discretion of the club, either prior to or during the season.

If your child is offered a position with MBUSC, a non-refundable deposit of $250 will be required to confirm acceptance. This deposit must be paid within 7 days of the offer being made. If the deposit is not received within this time frame, it will be taken as confirmation that the player does not wish to accept their place.

The balance of fees will be due on Uniform Fitting Day (date to be confirmed), unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance with a club representative. All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the 2026 season.
